Thanks. What would be the system requirements to run crysis at ultra high settings ?
You will not have a very good experience in Crysis at 1920x1200 with FSAA enabled on a single GTX 460. You're frame rate will avg out around 20-25 fps, which is very laggy. I have a single GTX 480 and it can barely pull over 30 fps at these same settings.
Running the game with no AA will help, but at 1200p it's still going to lag at times. SLI is the way to go if you want to run this game over 30 fps at these settings.
You could also dial back the resolution a bit, but I myself can't stand running games at anything but the native resolution when it comes to LCD monitors.
If you're dead set on running this game on a single GTX 460, stick to "high" settings as opposed to "very high", or you will be disappointed. What would be the system requirements to run crysis at ultra high settings ?
A GTX 460 would be good enough. It beats the radeon 5770, 5830 and is 15-30 FPS less than the 5870. It's a very appealing card performance/price rise.
Anything these days can pretty much run crysis at such specs, youtube for graphic quality of the GTX 460 + google for reviews as well on stable FPS.What would be the system requirements to run crysis at ultra high settings ?
